What details do we collect?

The booking form on this website does not send anything to our website or store anything on it. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, it opens WhatsApp with your details typed into a message. We only receive those details if you choose to send that message.

When you message or call us, we receive:

  • your name and phone number
  • the service you need and your area
  • anything else you tell us, such as your address for the visit or photos of the problem

How do we use your details?

  • To reply to you, give you a price and fix a visit time.
  • To send a technician to your address.
  • To handle warranty re-visits if pests come back.

We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone except our own team members who need them to serve you.

WhatsApp and phone calls

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Calls go through your phone network as normal.

What does the website itself collect?

This website does not use customer accounts, logins or a booking database, and it does not set cookies for visitors. Like every website, our hosting server keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

How long do we keep your details?

We keep your details for as long as we need them to serve you, including any warranty period. After that, we delete them.

Your rights
